7.1 Lead Qualification

When you submit a contact form on our website, your inquiry may be automatically analysed to assign you to the most suitable advisor more quickly. A score (0–100) is calculated to assess the urgency and type of your inquiry. This score is stored in our CRM system.

Important: Before analysis, all personal data (name, email, phone number, address) is automatically masked. The AI receives no real names or contact details – only anonymised information such as canton, property type, and search criteria.

7.2 Service Provider

We use the API of Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, USA) for AI-assisted analysis. Only masked, non-personal data is transmitted to this service. Transmission is encrypted (TLS). Anthropic does not use the transmitted data to train its models.

7.3 Your Rights Regarding AI Processing

• Right of access: You can request information about your AI score and the reasons for the assessment.
• Human review: No automated decision is made without human review. The AI score serves as a recommendation, not a basis for decisions.

7.4 Additional AI Features

Additionally, we may use AI for:

• Automatic form field completion (postal code → city/canton, processed locally on your device)
• Creation of property descriptions (on request, without personal data)
• Answering frequently asked questions (FAQ chatbot, without storing personal data)

For all AI features: personal data is masked before processing or not transmitted to AI services at all.
