4. Known Limitations

We are continuously working to improve accessibility. Current known limitations:

• PDF Documents: Some older PDF documents may not fully comply with standards. We are working to make all PDFs accessible. Workaround: Contact us for alternative formats.
• External Videos: Embedded videos from third parties (YouTube, Vimeo) are subject to their accessibility standards. Workaround: We provide transcripts upon request.
• Google Maps Integration: Interactive maps have limited screen reader support. Workaround: Text-based address information is fully available.

Planned Improvements (Q1 2026):

• Migration of all PDF documents to PDF/UA (Universal Accessibility) standard
• Implementation of sign language videos for core content
• Simplified language version (Plain Language) for main pages
